Responsibilities

• Respond to learner's and staff queries

• Conduct bi-weekly meetings with all staff members and administrators.

• Coordinate session requests with tutors.

• Match tutors with requested sessions based on availability

Requirements

• Fluency in the English language. 

• Good communication skills

• Good internet connectivity 

• Must be at least 14 years old. 

• No minimum educational/professional qualification is required!

• No prior formal/professional experience is required at all! Though it's preferred considering this is a demanding role.

Time Commitment

• At least 5-6 hours a week.

Selection process

• You will receive an email that will contain a link to a 30-minute informal, chit-chatty, zoom meeting where we will get to know you. There's nothing you need to prepare for, this will just be a small friendly session where we will get to know you.
